Breakthrough Circles
Running a business can be lonely.
It helps to have people you can lean on who truly get it — who’ve faced the same hard calls, quiet doubts, and next-level goals.
Breakthrough Circles are small, confidential peer groups for women leading service-based businesses. Each Circle brings together a handful of founders who are growing from early success to sustainable scale and want to become stronger leaders in the process.
What to Expect
Format
We meet every other week for 90 minutes, over the course of three months. Meetings are held virtually, at a consistent day and time.
Commitment
At the end of each quarter, members can choose to continue or step out based on their schedule. Attendance, openness, and mutual support are key — this only works when we all show up.
Facilitation
Each Circle is guided by Megan Kilpatrick, a founder and business advisor who built and sold her own seven-figure agency. The structure is light and conversation-driven — focused on real issues, honest reflection, and learning from one another’s experiences.
There’s no financial commitment to join — only your time and your willingness to participate with honesty and vulnerability.
Who It’s For
Women across the world who are:
Running a small, service-based business
Hungry to grow — personally and professionally
Humble enough to learn from others
Smart enough to know they don’t have all the answers
If you value perspective, accountability, and authentic connection, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Gain
Perspective. Hear how other women think through the same challenges you face.
Clarity. Step back from the daily noise and make space for better decisions.
Accountability. Say what matters — and follow through.
Belonging. Be seen, supported, and understood by peers who care about your success.
Many Circle members also choose to work with Megan one-on-one for deeper coaching, though it’s never required.
HOW TO JOIN
Participation is by application or nomination only.
Each Circle is intentionally small to foster trust and meaningful conversation.
You can apply yourself or nominate another woman founder who would be a great fit.
